From the source in the Giant Mountains to the mouth in the North Sea it is about 1,270 kilometers. We had only 12 days of vacation, therefore we decided for the approx. 710 km long distance from Dresden to Cuxhaven to the mouth. On the map are the left and right sided cycle path shown, we always changed, depending on where we had accommodation.
